Lunchtime Concert: Conor Caldwell and Ryan Molloy

Dr Conor Caldwell (fiddle) and Prof Ryan Molloy (piano) have been regular playing partners since their student days. Recently returned from recording a new album in Paris, Conor and Ryan explore the dance hall music of the early twentieth century in Ireland. The programme will include new arrangements of tunes adapted from jazz culture, most of which have been lost from the aural tradition and exist only in archival recordings.
