LUNCHTIME CONCERT – Irish Traditional Performance

Every Tuesday at 1.15pm in the Tower Theatre, the Academy will host a traditional music and/or dance performance that features a wide variety of traditional performing artists visiting the Academy during that week. Many of these performances will be live streamed on the Academy’s YouTube Channel.

Lunchtime Concert for World Mental Health Week.

Students and faculty of the MA Music Therapy and BA Irish Traditional Music.

As part of “World Mental Health Week” students and faculty from the MA Music Therapy and BA Performing Arts (Irish Traditional Music) will perform a special lunchtime concert to raise awareness of mental health in the community. This concert is part of Limerick Mental Health Week as a series of public talks, exhibitions, workshops and events that provide a forum to generate discussion, reduce stigma and promote positive mental health.
