Lunchtime Concert – Samhain by Jean McGlynn Accompanist: Aiden Boland

Celebrate Samhain by joining Jean McGlynn in her specially created Halloween Cabaret. Accompanied by Aiden Boland, Jean will explore the world of ghosts, ghouls and the ghastly by putting her theatrical spin on well-known songs of murder, magic and mayhem. Jean McGlynn: Throughout her career, Jean has starred in countless shows, in Ireland and in London’s West End, including “Les Misérables” and “Oliver!” In recent years she has developed recognition as a producer and artistic director. Her sell-out one woman show “Lily” saw her create a series of musical monologues followed by “Cabaret des Frites” at the Spiegeltent in both 2014 and 2015. In 2017 she took to the stage in “Songs in Suits” and most recently in her co- created show celebrating “The Songs of James Joyce”. She studies voice with Marie Walshe.
