Lunchtime Concert: Tell Me The Story Again – Jenny Räisänen

Songs are like small stories, they can comfort, recall, forget and connect. “Tell Me The Story Again” is a collaborative interdisciplinary performance from singer-songwriter and vocal coach Jenny Räisänen with staff and students from the Irish World Academy. Jenny graduated from the MA in Songwriting with First Class Honours in 2022. In her time there, she wrote songs under the guidance of Course Directors Carl Corcoran and Steve Ryan.

After her studies, she further developed some of these, wrote some new songs, and released her debut solo album in November 2023. Jenny will perform a selection from this album with the Academy’s staff and students.
