THE TOWER SEMINAR SERIES – Performers and Pedagogues – Artists on the University Stage

In this interactive seminar, we explore how arts practice
research informs both our individual artistic identity and how
we teach as artists. It reflects on our engagement with the
performer learners in our classroom and the cyclical process
of our artistic exchange. In this sharing platform we look
through the lens of community music, Irish dance and Irish
music, and reflect on the evolution of these programmes in
the academy over the past 20 years
