Dr Kevin O’Carroll is a freelance choral conductor and conducting teacher. He has provided workshops for choirs all over Ireland, Scandinavia and the USA. His conducting credits include works from the Renaissance era through to world premier performances of new compositions. He has worked on small scale choral works through to full scale orchestral choral works such as Brahms’ Requiem and the more modern Jubilate Deo by Dan Forrest. Kevin currently directs Madrigallery Chamber Choir, Notable Works Choir and Wexford Festival Singers. Along with his conducting and teaching work, Kevin is an examiner for the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
